When we first met Erdem and Oğuz, even before diving into the product or the idea itself, what stood out to us was their communication skills, their ability to convey information with remarkable clarity and speed, and the global mindset they demonstrated from day one. As we got to know the business more closely by experiencing the product firsthand and engaging directly with customers, we clearly saw that Flowla is tackling a highly strategic problem in the market and has strong potential to build scalable, long term value in this space.

Today, sales and customer success teams are facing a serious execution crisis, despite significant investments in CRMs, countless sales tools, and automation solutions. The average sales representative spends most of their time manually and inefficiently trying to keep processes moving. This structure scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and folders leads to slow follow ups, broken Sales and CS handoffs, and ultimately longer sales cycles and increased customer churn.

Flowla addresses this challenge by transforming digital sales rooms into a no code automation layer. Sales and CS teams can pre-design flows that fit their own processes. Through an AI powered layer that works closely with teams, it becomes possible to build workflows that are automatically triggered based on buyer behavior and routed for approval when needed, analyze and deliver stakeholder specific documents, and provide sales teams with the right insights without requiring manual investigation. With Flowla, tracking and automating who receives which document or email, when it was viewed, for how long, and by whom becomes seamless.

The strong market response to this vision is clearly reflected in Flowla’s six times growth over the past six months. In our investment decision, the universality of the problem, the clarity of the technical approach, and Erdem and Oğuz’s deep understanding of the sales enablement landscape were key factors. With this investment, Flowla aims to further strengthen its automation infrastructure and accelerate its growth in the US market. We strongly believe Flowla will scale rapidly, and we are excited to support them on this journey.
